IMHO the natural progression of NK's nuclear test is well supported by historical facts:
- GW Bush decided to aborgate the 1994 bilateral treaty before he even took office. Bush regime then killed 1994 treaty by tacking on
additional red herring demands:

- NK didn't restart reactor until 2003, way after US aborgated the 1994 bilateral agreement of non-threat(asix of evil 2001), withholding of fuel/lightwater reactor aid (2002):
