If you are familiar with the classical works of Adam Smith, you know that there are two famous works of his. One is "The Wealth of Nations."--

GOSH.. CHINESE HEAD IS USING MIDDLE AGE NEOCON, ULTRA-NATIONALIST AND PRO-WILD CAPITALISM A.SMITH FOR OWN GOVERMENT POLITICS? Well.. I hope he not a fan of the "Mein Kampf"..

--First, China is not a superpower.--

..invaded Tibet, South Mongolia, North of North Korea, Manchuria, East Turkestan, East Kashmir.. Yepp.. China is not a superpower. Its just a another big player in Asia..

--Although China has a population of 1.3 billion--

someone should tell this loser that PRC has 1,3 billion people. China has just 0,8-1 Billion of them..

--Actually, in the international community, China is a justice-upholding country. We never trade our principles--

sure.. you just trade with burmese and sudanese resources..

--Don't you think that the efforts made by China in resolving the Korean nuclear issue and the position we have adopted in this regard have actually helped the situation on the Korean Peninsula move for the better, day by day?--

actuly, NK is going to rebuild own N-power reactor again.. not to say that nuckes in a hands of the gread korean leader are still dangerous even for China. Even more dangerous than nuckes in Taiwanese hands.

--And of course, I know that it still takes time to see a thorough and a complete solution to the Korean nuclear issue and, on that basis, to help put in place security and stability in Northeast Asia.--
Russian Kamchatka is "North-East Asia". Korea is "East Asia".

--Number one, we need to gradually improve the democratic election system, so that state power will truly belong to the people, and state power will be used to serve the people.--

aehmm.. just a question: does he means a democracy "inside of Chinese comunist party" or does he means a democracy with multi-polar and "multi-party" PRC?

--And we need to build an independent and just judicial system.--

well. i should say that China has made good steps in that direction.(something like a step of killing people by army to killing people by army after drinking a tea in a local court) but.. how can it be independent when all judges andpolice are proved and controled by chinese communist party?

--And many people in the United States have no idea how big is the so-called "greater Tibetan region." The so-called "greater Tibetan region," preached by the Dalai Lama, actually covers Tibet, Sichuan, Yunnan, Qinghai and Gansu - altogether, five provinces. And the area covered by this so-called "greater Tibetan region" accounts for a quarter of China's territory.--

someone should tell this loser that Tibet is a quater of PRC. There is not Tibet inside of China.

Aside that how you will learn about "Tibet is huge and complicatet" When Chinese goverment doesnt let forign journalist to report freely from there?

Its like to say that people of China have no idea about inside of Fort Knox.

China on Tuesday declined to release updated figures revealing just how many children have been affected by the tainted milk scandal, as it insisted it was working hard to boost confidence.

The health ministry said it had new statistics showing how many babies were believed to have been left ill by the crisis, but did not release the data and gave no indication of if or when it would made the latest information public.

"We've not released the latest number of cases because it is not an infectious disease, so it's not absolutely necessary for us to announce it to the public," a health ministry spokesman told AFP.
